ADD POINT maintains a database containing records of its customers. The data in this database are only those data provided by customers when signing up and are collected and processed automatically by ADD POINT, the entity responsible for the corresponding file, under the terms approved by the National Data Protection Commission. We guarantee that the personal data are processed correctly, lawfully and in accordance with best practice.

All data shall be inserted into a Server that encrypts/encodes them (transforms them into a code). Users may verify that their browsers are secure if the padlock symbol appears or if the address starts with “https”, rather than “http”.

Personal data are treated with the legally required level of protection to guarantee their security and prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, and the user acknowledges and accepts that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
