What payment methods does ADD POINT accept?

ADD POINT offers various solutions for making secure payments for your order at www.addpoint.pt:

Multibanco reference
The most commonly used means of payment in Portugal, exclusively for holders of Portuguese bank accounts.
The Multibanco reference can be paid via Homebanking or at an ATM (Multibanco).
In the case of the Multibanco means of payment, the system cannot process refunds, so in these cases proof of the customer’s IBAN will be requested to process the payment refund by Bank Transfer.

MB Way
This app allows you to link a debit or credit card to a mobile phone number to make purchases and instant payments. Refunds will be processed directly on the card used by the customer who made the payment.

Visa Card, MasterCard, Visa Electron
The most commonly used means of payment in the world. The customer enters the card data in the EASYPAY secure gateway and makes the payment immediately in the online store.

Paypal
PayPal is a secure payment method, as your credit card details are not transmitted to the various online stores. After finishing your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal page to complete the payment. PayPal will then confirm to us that your order has been paid for.

Universo Flex
With Universo Flex, we offer our customers a way to pay in instalments with the Universo Card, in 3 interest free instalments or in 6/12 months with interest.

Santander Consumer Finance
Santander Consumer Finance is a method of financing your purchases. The process of subscribing to the loan is simple and digital. After choosing the payment method, the submission and approval of the loan are completed online in minutes.
This financing method is available for sales totalling € 200 to € 6,000.
There may be costs associated with some forms of payment, which will always be stated before your order is processed.

Is the ADD POINT website secure?
Yes, the ADD POINT website is secure. We have implemented an SSL certificate in our store, which enhances the security of the website and customers’ data. This is confirmed by the secure “https:” protocol in the browser.

How do I use a money-off coupon?
If you are given a Money-Off Coupon, you can use it during the purchase process by entering the respective code.

The value of the coupon, which cannot be greater than the value of the order, will be deducted from the total value of your order.

You should choose the payment method of your choice to pay the difference.

An expiry date can be found on the money-off coupon, after which it will no longer be available for use.

DELIVERIES AND ORDERS:

What is the delivery cost?
The delivery cost will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the products included in the order, and on the chosen destination.

What is the minimum order value for Free Delivery?
The minimum order value for free delivery is € 49, valid for Mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain.
This value may vary depending on the Product Category: Add Play, Add Style , Add Home e Add Teck.

What are the delivery times?
The expected delivery time for orders is 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment for Mainland Portugal and Peninsula Spain. The delivery time for other destinations may be calculated according to the destination of the order and the delivery option chosen by the customer.

An indication of the delivery time will be displayed in the shopping cart, before confirmation of the order, when selecting the destination and delivery option for the chosen address.

How do I place an Order?
You do not have to register to make purchases on our website, but to make the most of its features, campaigns, special offers and money-off coupons, we recommend that you register with our online store before making your purchases.
All your data is kept secure and confidential.

What steps are needed to shop on our website?
The purchase process is simple:
Browse using the menu “Products”, select the desired category or perform a search, which is located in the top right area of our website.
When you see a list of products from the selected category, you can filter them by brand, price, characteristics, etc. You can choose multiple options within the same filter.
These filters can be found on the left-hand side of the page and allow you to see only items that may be of interest, while at the same time reducing the number of items shown on the list.

Click on the image of the product that interests you to enter the product information page, where a description or specifications can be found.
Repeat the process for any other products you would like to purchase. When you have added the desired products, click on the shopping cart, which can be found in the top right corner of the page.

A summary of your order will be displayed in your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to start the purchase process.
Follow the instructions and fill in the fields as requested during the purchase process.

If you do not yet have an ADD POINT account, you will need the following details to complete the process:
– A valid email address, so we can send you order status updates and the invoice.
– The shipping and/or billing address with a valid postal code.
– TIN (Tax Identification Number) of the purchaser or the company, which will be used to create the corresponding invoice. A valid TIN must be entered for Customers who live in Portugal.
– A contact telephone number, preferably a mobile number, should the carrier need to coordinate the delivery of your order.

Choose your preferred payment method, enter the necessary data, and confirm.

After completion of the process, you will find a summary of your order. You will also receive an email with a summary and confirmation of your purchase.

Do the products include VAT?
VAT is included in all prices shown, in accordance with current legislation.

How can I get the invoice for my purchase?
After completing your purchase, and after your order has been shipped, you will receive the corresponding invoice with the order, or by email.

What is the warranty period for products purchased from ADD POINT?
The warranty period for products purchased from ADD POINT is 3 years from the invoice date. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Your account at www.addpoint.pt offers you a series of advantages. It allows you to access special offers and money-off coupons, campaigns and new products, and to save your personal data, including:

– First Name and Surname
– Email address
– Taxpayer Number
– Contact telephone numbers
– Billing and delivery addresses
– You can add and edit your addresses and billing data.
– Recover your data so that you do not need to enter them for each purchase.
– You can access your account from any device with an Internet connection, such as a computer, smartphone or tablet, using a web browser.
– Edit, delete or add data at any time.
– View all your current orders or your history

How do I register?
To register on the website www.addpoint.pt you should click on the Menu “Login”, which can be found on the bar in the top right, and click on “Register”.

Click on this Menu to proceed with the registration process, carrying out the following steps:
– Enter your first name
– Enter your surname
– Enter your username (Ex.: Name and Surname)
– Enter your email address
– A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address.
– To ensure greater security, your password must meet certain requirements.
– You should remember this password to enter your ADD POINT account in the future
– Enter all the required data now to register at www.addpoint.pt

After reading the Privacy Policy, you can tick to accept and subscribe to receive commercial communications from ADD POINT, exclusive offers, discounts and first-hand news.

To complete the registration, click on “Register” button.

Your registration on www.addpoint.pt is complete and you will be redirected to the “My Account” menu.

What are the minimum requirements for a good shopping experience in our store?
We recommend using any Internet browser, such as: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

How do I delete “My Account”?
You can delete your ADD POINT account whenever you wish. To do so, contact us by sending an email to apoiocliente@addpoint.pt.

What do I need to do to receive the Newsletter?
You can subscribe to the Newsletter, which includes news, new products, campaigns, special offers and discounts, at the bottom of our Homepage, by entering your email address and ticking the authorisation for personal data processing: I have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.
At the bottom of the Newsletter you receive by email, you will see the option “unsubscribe”, which will take you to the Newsletter cancellation form.

RETURNS:

How does the returns process work?
You have a period of 14 days in which to return your order. You may do so provided that the item is in the same condition as it was sold, it is in the original packaging and all accessories are included. Items requiring activation (download cards and experiences) are excluded.

ADD POINT
understands the utility of the statutory cooling-off period for Customers. However, this does not mean that, before purchasing, the Customer should neglect to certify as far as possible that the product concerned really is going to meet their expectations and will align with their interests and the tasks to be performed. Today, the Internet is a powerful tool for finding information and troubleshooting. ADD POINT recommends that Customers should read and, if possible, follow the following guidelines:
– Before acquiring a product, check that it is going to fulfil its intended purpose.
– After acquiring the product, when opening the box/packaging, take care to inspect the condition of the product, accessories and manuals inside the box/packaging. Should you wish to return/exchange the product, the more care you take with respect to the condition of the product, the simpler the task will be for all parties.

Returns Policy
If you acquire an item on www.addpoint.pt, you have a period of 14 days in which to return your order.

You may do so provided that the item is in the same condition as it was sold, with all components and accessories and the instruction manual, and the original packaging is in perfect condition.

The procedure is as follows:
Send an email to apoiocliente@addpoint.pt to report the return or fill in the Return Form under the Returns Policy section.

Never return an item to ADD POINT without giving notice via email, or filling out the Return Form under the Returns Policy section.

Items requiring activation (download cards and experiences) are not covered by the online store’s returns policy.

The return conditions are as follows:
1. Items must show no signs of use;
2. The complete item must be returned with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and the original packaging must be in perfect condition;
3. A copy of the invoice must be included;
4. Period for Returns: Within 14 consecutive days of the delivery date;
5. The transport costs resulting from returns shall be payable by the customer. We do not accept cash against delivery for returns.

Damage in transit

When a Customer receives a package, the condition of it must be checked immediately. If it is damaged in any way, the Customer must refuse immediately to accept the package from the carrier.

Report the situation to the Customer Support Line, using the email address: apoiocliente@addpoint.pt, indicating the order number.

In the event of acceptance of an order where the packaging is damaged, ADD POINT reserves the right to refuse any liability.
