If you purchased an item on www.addpoint.pt, you have a period of 14 days in which to return your order, freely, without having to indicate any reason, under the terms of DL 24/2014, of 14 February.

You may do so provided that the item is in the same condition as it was sold, as described below. The procedure is as follows:
Send an email to apoiocliente@addpoint.pt to report the return or fill in the Return Form under the Returns Policy section.

Never return an item to ADD POINT without giving notice via email, or filling out the Return Form under the Returns Policy section.

Items requiring activation (download cards and experiences) are not covered by the online store’s returns policy.

The return conditions are as follows:

1. Items must show no signs of use;
2. The complete item must be returned, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual, label(s) and original packaging in perfect condition;
3. A copy of the invoice must be included;
4. Period for Return: Within 14 consecutive days of the delivery date;
5. The transport costs resulting from the returns shall be payable by the customer. We do not accept cash against delivery for returns.
6. Returns may be made free of charge directly at our facilities.

Exclusions:
The following contracts are excluded from the right to withdraw, and may not be freely rescinded:
1) Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items;
2) The provision of sealed goods that cannot be returned, to protect health or for reasons of hygiene when opened after delivery;
3) The provision of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
4) The provision of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs, from which the consumer has removed the tamper-proof security label after delivery;
5) Provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance;
6) Supply of digital content not provided in a physical format with an obligation to pay when:
6.1) The consumer gives prior and express consent to the performance starting during the withdrawal period and recognises that this consent results in the loss of the right to withdraw; and
6.2) The digital content provider has provided confirmation, pursuant to Article 9 (2) or Article 6.

Damage in transit

When a Customer receives a package, the condition of it must be checked immediately. If it is damaged in any way, the Customer must refuse immediately to accept the package from the carrier.

Report the situation to the Customer Support Line, using the email address: apoiocliente@addpoint.pt, indicating the order number.

In the event of acceptance of an order where the packaging is damaged, ADD POINT reserves the right to refuse any liability.

Refund

In the event of a return, the refund of the purchase price and any shipping costs you may have paid shall be made after validating compliance with the return conditions described above. For this purpose, ADD POINT shall have a period of 14 days from receipt of the equipment at our facilities.

ADD POINT does not refund additional delivery costs when a different and more expensive delivery method than the proposed standard method is expressly requested.

The amount of the purchase shall be refunded using the same payment method as was used by the consumer in the initial purchase.
In the case of the Multibanco means of payment, the system cannot process refunds, so in these cases proof of the customer’s IBAN will be requested to process the refund of the payment by Bank Transfer.
